What is it?
		It  is a picture format (GIF!) that allows a background colour
to be transparent.  Much like when you are in DPaint and hit b (for brush) and
cut  a section of the picture.  when you move that brush over you picture, you
can 'see through' the background colour.  For more info check out:

GifTool (from Home Pages, Inc.) has been ported to the Amiga by (I believe)
Jeff Thieleke. It supports transparent GIFs.
